State Treasurer Clint Zweifel will hold a news conference at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, June 23, in the State Capitol Building in Jefferson City to outline his strategic plan for the Missouri Housing Development Commission during his term as chairman of the agency.

Zweifel became chairman May 22 and plans to discuss building and enhancing the public trust in the agency, promoting affordable rental housing, affordable and responsible homeownership and how MHDC's role as an economic catalyst for the state.

A senior citizen complex built in Liberty recently benefited from the program.
