Well, here's a new one: Kansas City Mayor Mark Funkhouser will be hosting a "Tele-Town Hall Meeting" at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 18.
According to the city's Web site, to participate, call (888) 356-3090 and enter code number 13548#.
I guess residents won't be able to blame the crummy weather for not participating in local government on this one.
